Valve Repair Equipment


Valves of varying sizes and types are strategic components in plants handling liquids and gases. A leak in just one of these valves can make it necessary to shut down the entire process. Changing a damaged valve is a complex and laborious process incurring production losses resulting in substantial cost and forcing companies to tie up significant amount of capital in spare parts to reduce downtime.

In cooperation with LarsLap, Ventil offers a wide variety of valve grinding and lapping machines, covering the range of virtually every valve type DN10 to 1200 mm. / 1/4" - 46" in diameter. The unique range of machines are light weight, but designed to be used in any position in all working circumstances with a high degree of accuracy.

       


Ventil - Larslap alliance
In 2003, Ventil Test Equipment, The Netherlands and Larslap, Sweden recognized each others leading quality in valve test and service equipment and took the major strategic step to cooperate in sales, manufacturing, and support. We have established Larslap-Ventil branch offices in the Middle East and Russia and we are expecting to extend our cooperation in the near future to Southern America and Asia.
