Automatic safety valve test system.

The automated safety relief valve test system guarantees uniform test results, in-depended from the test stand operator. In order to get unbiased and reliable set pressure level results from the safety valve test bench, the ramp rate (pressure increase versus time) must be the same for each test. The Ventil auto test system can generate the by ASME discted ramp rate of 2 PSI /s or can be set to user own requirements. The computer and software system will determine the set pressure level and automatically reduce the test pressure to do the API 527 seat thightness test (bubble counter) providing an accuate but quick testing performce.
