Ventil designs, manufactures and delivers test units for pressure testing any type of Gate-, Globe-, Plug-, Ball-, Check-, Slide- and Butterfly valve according to the international valve test standard.

√    Horizontal (stem vertical), vertical (stem horizontal) or tilting clamping stations.
√    Clamping on the inlet flange, both flanges or (proportional clamping) between the clamping tables.
√    1 – 2000 (metric) ton’s of clamping force.
√    Test stations prevent exposing of clamping force to valve body as per valve test regulations.
√    Test pressure range:  up to  30,000 PS with liquid or 8000 PSI gas or nitrogen.
√    Facilities to perform shell test, seat test, double block and bleed test and measuring seat leakage
