The Ventil HC-10 control valve test stand is designed to meet the requirements of ANSI/FCI control valve test standard with air. The test station is build with a U-frame design with a 3-claw flange clamping system fitted on. The HC-10 allows clamping the control valve between two test tables or without applying any force to the valve body using the 3-claw system.
The HC-10 comes with a dedicated seat leakage test system with digital mass flowmeters and a laser bubble counter. The actual seat leakage and test pressure as well as the by the standards defined test (leakage) tollerances are displayed and automatically compared in the standard supplied CRS control valve test software.
The test unit can apply a clamping force of 10 metric tons and suitable to test control valves in range 1/2"-10"
